Our machine is with very high accuracy, the processing precision is 0.01mm, and the reposition is 0.05mm. It can be used to make breast card, the letter is very small, but it's very clear.
The working area is 600mmx9800mm.
Linear bearings and ball screw are from Taiwan Hiwin, good quality, high accuracy, little wastage and long service time.
The working table adopts "dragnet-type" heating treatment with cast steel structure.
Gantry is aviation industry aluminum, this can make sure it's high stability.
